Job Description:

For our client, a multinational company in HR Solution, we are looking for a


JUNIOR GLOBAL PROJECT MANAGER – TRAINING&DEVELOPMENT


Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the junior PM will be able to assure the complete success for every Training&Development projects.

PM is the bridge between all stakeholders to ensure project budgets are met while exceeding client expectations.


The PM will have a heavy focus on maintaining strong strategic relationships with their set accounts. Having a strong commercial acumen, the PM balances the need to follow procedure and deadlines while maintaining the flexibility to exceed client expectations.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Presales:

  • Program & Curriculum Development Consultation
  • Work in Partnership with the Sales or an Account/Enterprise Opportunity Team to offer expertise in outline Pricing and Profitability of a proposed solution.


Delivery:

Account and Stakeholder Management

  • Acts as a trusted advisor, using an expert knowledge and having a full understanding of client’s industry and company needs.
  • Ensures all sessions and programs will deliver maximum impact while meeting company constraints
  • Forms strong strategic relationships with clients through ongoing relationship management
  • Takes ownership in identifying and cultivating commercial opportunities with other teams, while keeping all stakeholders informed

Project Management

  • Ensures that errors are investigated, and all stakeholders are communicated with
  • Using project management and CRM tools, build and manage project plans ensuring deadlines are met
  • Acts as the core to any project, rallying teams and ensuring projects are properly resourced throughout their lifecycle. Upon signs of failure, appropriately escalates
  • Complete Project Planning.
  • Contract Management & Negotiation:
  • Management of Project Team.
  • Reporting


Education/Qualifications:


  • Degree in business or a related field and a minimum of three years of client account management experience or equivalent combination of both.
  • Previous customer service, client contact, and Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience handling client concerns and issues with tact and diplomacy.
  • Project Management Certification such as Prince II or equivalent experience.
  • English fluent
