For our client, a multinational company in HR Solution, we are looking for a


Global Brand Manager


The Brand Manager, reporting to the Global Marketing & Communication Senior Director, envisions the Global Brand Strategy, customizes it by Region, develops all Brand Assets, deploys them to Local Marketing organizations and tracks executions.

The Brand Manager will be the owner of the Global Brand Equity and Marketing Strategy, develops the Brand Book & All Marketing Tools for his/her Brand for all Countries, adapts the Global Brand Strategy, Assets and Tools to Regional specificities, coordinates the team of Global Marketing Specialists as well the Global Brand agency.


Main correlated activities:

  • Builds the Global Brand Strategy in line with the overall strategy of the Business Line
  • Is responsible for both Client & Candidate Marketing funnel Strategy, coordinating the work of Marketing Specialists, who contribute to the overall Global Brand Strategy within their specialization
  • Is in constant touch with the Countries to have a direct line on the Business and customizes the Brand Strategy / Tools preparation based on Local needs
  • Monitors Marketing executions of his / her Brand, sharing results with Management, and contributes to establishing eventual corrective actions
  • Is responsible for Share&Reapply of successful Marketing case histories across Countries
  • Manages Marketing Budget of the Brand in line with Financial Forecasts

·Manages relations with both Internal and External Partners


Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Degree, post-graduate degree
  • Previous experience: Prior experience in Global Brand Management roles, preferably within the HR Industry; experience in leading end to end complex projects with stakeholders outside the Marketing Function; Experience in working with high level Managers, with demonstrated ability to influence decision making.
  • Marketing Skills: Deep knowledge of Brand Management fundamentals (Positioning, Brand Equity, Brand Characters, Tone of Voice…), General knowledge of Digital and Social Media Marketing, Marketing automation, Public Relations and Content Production
  • Personal Skills: Strategic Thinking, Leadership, Project Management, Results Orientation, Planning and Follow Through, External Focus, Continuous Learning, Budget Management,
  • Excellent command of English
