Our Client is one of the leaders in the production of bio-stimulant fertilizer products and has commissioned us to look for

NORTHERN EUROPE AREA MANAGER - BIOSTIMULANT FERTILIZER - resident in Germany

The candidate will be focused to the development and the further maintenance of the market (distributors and End User) dedicated to the application of products on Northern Europe Area in particular Germany, Austria, Benelux, Scandinavia, Baltics and Poland.

REPORT TO: Emea Sales Manager Fertilizer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proposal, set up and follow up of the development plan and activities in the area

Educate and support the sales and technical teams of the customers on the existing products with whom the candidatewill study technical and application solutions able to satisfy the relative needs

Introduce to the customers and officials the new technology

Participate to the selection and establishment of the best distribution platform of the products in the area

Gathering of the market information in regards the distribution and the competition as products, prices, organizatio and legislationa

Trading also with local stake-holders

Participation in fairs, seminars and workshops and support in the products labels and communication tools preparation as leaflet, brochures, customer catalogs

KNOWLEDGE:

Degree in chemical, biological or agricultural disciplines preferred

More than 5 years of working experience in the role matured at innovative fertilizer production companies

Fluent in German (mandatory) and English

It Literacy

Open to frequent trips in the assigned area

CORE COMPETENCIES: Self organized, strong focus on problem solving and achievement of goals in accordance with the times, strong technical preparation, good analytical, communication, trading and negotiation capability

LOCATION: Home based in Germany (Southern preferably)

CONTRACTUAL STATUS: Manager under Contract Chemicals + MBO up to 20% + benefits
