Wyser è la società internazionale di Gi Group che si occupa di ricerca e selezione di middle e senior management specializzato.Facciamo parte di Gi Group, una delle principali realtà a livello internazionale nei servizi dedicati allo sviluppo del mercato del lavoro. For our client, a dynamic small company that is part of a multinational Group - a leading supplier in the Automotive sector - we are searching for a:

Sales Manager (all genders).

The main tasks will be the realization of sales targets and the support of the Group Sales Team in order to maintain strong relationship with OEM customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan In accordance with the Group Sales Director
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure the achievement of strategic acquisition of new customers and new programs
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Operate in a technical, consultative manner to ensure the right solution is provided
  • Manage all commercial sales processes from RFQ to negotiation and nomination
  • Evaluate the feasibility of the orders in terms of technology and capacity in close cooperation with Technical Department and Production Planning
  • Ensure the Preparation of quarterly forecast cooperating with Finance Dept,Group Controlling and Group Sales Team
  • Track and ensure timely resolution of all customer commercial issues.


  • Economics or Engineering Degree, or similar
  • At least 3 years ofexperience in Sales Roles at a Tier-1 supplier in the automotive sector
  • Good automotive industries knowledge ( a specific focus on aluminum wheels is preferred)
  • Ability to prepare annual commercial plan and to drive sales processes
  • Ability to propose short and medium-term business plans with the aim to implement company strategies and ensure objective target setting
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Customer-oriented and self-motivated personality.
  • Dynamic and flexible attitude
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English (additionally German is preferred)
  • Availability to travel within Europe (about 20-40% of working time)
